Our career consultancy practice is led by Janet Sheath. She has 20 years expertise in developing and supporting people’s careers and as a career consultant in organisations.

Janet is a qualified Occupational Psychologist (MSc) counsellor (MBACP), Supervisor (Certificate in Supervision) and Organisational Consultant (Tavistock), NICEC fellow and member of the Career Development Institute.  She is Programme Director for the MSc in Career Management & Coaching at Birkbeck College and was Academic Supervisor at Kingston University with an established career coaching practice alongside.

Janet also delivers CPD programmes and supervises the work of coaching professionals in career consultancies, business schools and she works with corporate clients devising and delivering a proven range of career management programmes.
